This time, I’m off tumblr for months and now the buttons are weird. o.O Me no likey. 

melikatranxo asked: hey girl! i just came across your tumblr and see that you're an army wife! my boyfriend (who's also in the army) and i are planning to get married too at a young age but i'm unsure because i fear what my parents may think and all the consequences that follows. do u have any advice based on your own personal experiences?

I wish messages had dates so I knew how late I was on replying. Probably  months. But I feel bad seeing this and not answering. So-here goes nothing! 

My parents aren’t the best, so I never really cared what they said. But if you are close to your family, they may tell you to wait and put your life first. But their opinion should not be your answer. Either way, I’m sure your parents will be behind you. Mine had no choice cause they didn’t know, but they still loved me when they found out. Your consequences aren’t really bad, so you shouldn’t fear them. It will only be what you make of it. Thinking negatively going into a marriage will turn out the same way.  As an army wife though, you might feel much more strongly about the risk with his job and duties while he’s deployed. But again, it’s all what you make of it. Just never let anyone else influence your decision. Age ain’t nothin but a nuuumberrr~ :P

Yeah, I feel like a tool for all that stupid stuff I didn’t even post. :| 

I’m the daughter of a retired veteran and am now married to a soldier, but no matter what, I will not call people by their last name, even if my husband does. They’re not my soldier or anything, so I will call them by their first name. That’s it because that’s who they are in my eyes. 

So I’m drinking my cheap “sparkletini” and the next surprise my husband will have is a red-faced Asian trying to give him a cheesecake. u.u Imma look so hot. :C
